Chris Royds graduated from Canterbury University completing a double degree in Law and Commerce in 1995.
Chris’s property development experience includes all forms of subdivision and commercial property developments. Chris has completed a large number of Design/Build/Leaseback developments. His other principal area of legal practice is commercial leasing.
Chris is an experienced immigration lawyer, also having over 20 years experience in this field.
Chris is supported by an experienced and skilled team, enabling Chris to provide a full commitment to his clients.

Chris’s hourly rate is $350.00 plus GST per hour. Lynda’s charge out rate is $180.00 plus GST per hour.
